Another winner!!!
I’ve been following this series for years. I love Adam and Mercy and the whole gang. I did miss the interaction with Ben and Warren and of course Kyle in this book, but I still enjoyed the book. Can’t wait for the next book I wonder if the next book is going to have more about a Wolfe. I do want to know more about him.

This series gets better and better
The structure of the story was a little bit different, with interludes from different times and from the perspective of different players. It was very well crafted and worked well for the story, which was as interesting and entertaining as usual, and really beautiful. As usual, Lorelei King’s narration just can’t be beat. If you like the Mercy Thompson series, binge this one, you won’t regret it.

Another excellent story
Another great book by Patricia Briggs, adding to the epic narrative of Mercy Thompson and her mate Adam. This much awaited installment really fed my hunger and desire for her next book. I hope to all enjoy it too!

And the series continues to be excellent!
Hats off to both the author and the narrator for continuing to bring the character of Mercy to life in a way that never gets old. Even after so many books, there are still new adventures to be had and all the characters continue to grow. I love that there are flashes of humor interspersed throughout, and it is one of the things I love most about Mercy's relationships with all of her friends (and some of her enemies).
