Not bad, but...
Though a lot of information is packed into this short, 2h40m book, the content is read at a speed that makes retention almost impossible. There also doesn't seem to be much of a logical sequence of information: many repetitions, topics circle back around three or four times while certain explanations that are basic for understanding are skimmed over at warp speed. I wouldn't recommend it, unless you're willing to listen to it with a pen and paper in hand, and stopping and replaying to catch this information on the fly...
