Inspiring and gentle

This book comes armed with tons of meditations and exercises to help heal and be the woman you are meant to be! It’s inspiring and gentle. Great perspective and knowledge I had no idea about.

Empowering work! Could use a handout

This is a wonderful tool in a woman’s path to healing and growth. Thank you for this gift! The book contains a lot of reflection or self care exercises; it would be great to have a downloadable handout pdf to pause the listening and work on them, specially the writing ones.

A physical therapist for women turned sage, guide and comfort

Tami is brilliant and insightful in patterns women take on! Nourishing, helps make me reach for wholeness instead of lose more time to family expectations, male or detached ways of going through life, and honoring your lineage! She’s a gentle powerhouse!

Finally, the book I've been looking for

I'm infinitely grateful to the author and I'll be listening to it many more times. It's full of useful information and exercises. A true guide to health, pleasure and self love for women.

long awaited, beautifully delivered

I have the hard copy of this book and think it's amazing! Written like over 10 years ago I think, making this fairly solid amongst this awesome feminine movement that's going on.
Was disappointed there was never an audio version. So glad the author narrates this herself! She has a beautiful voice that complements the text.

this should be mandatory

I wish all women read this book! The information in this book, and the way the author expresses it, has changed my life.

Why do the chapters not have titles?

This book is not an a-z thing. It is full of exercises and meditations. It requires processing and going back to repeat the exercises or sections. Without titles of the chapters and sections it is more difficult than it should be. The hoopla version of the audiobook has titles but i wanted to keep my own copy so i can continuously review and experience the deeper learning. I’m really disappointed with Audible.

Painful listen

I am seven chapters in and I can’t take another moment of this. There is just too much going back-and-forth and I find that very frustrating.
I do not recommend this book.

Super informatve

It's almost perfect...to be honest i would have preciated an accompanying pdf for the audiobook or at least a discout on the kidle book with a wisper sink. Maybe im just spoiled or its bad marketing on their part....
