Slow starter

I enjoyed the series but started out slowly a little more suspense. Narrators played their part well.

Better than the 1st

This book was much better than the first book It did not drag out the story, I think I may have missed something in the book….what happened to Gram????

I loved the series,looking forward to the next by Nicole Fox, well worth the listen!

So glad I finished this duet

I had issues with the first part of this duet, but loved the second book. The h finally wised up(for the most part) and grew a stronger backbone/voice! This was a ride. This is full of suspense, gotcha moments, plenty of steam, and a beautiful ending tying up the main couple and the cook and the h best friend who grew so much in this one. The other friend got what she deserved. Well worth the credit.

Wow….FMC is dumb

It is really hard to listen to or read a book when the FMC is this stupid. Skip this duet. It’s super frustrating.

It was ok

Probably my least favorite series from this author. The he author is great. All of her series are like listening to a movie. I just couldn’t get into the female character in this series. Piper is was annoying.
