Holy captivating.

I loved this! The narration was great, the story was intriguing… Definitely leaves you wanting more! Can’t wait to listen to the next book!

Cliffhanger

I was thoroughly enjoying this book, until it came to an abrupt end ... with a major cliffhanger 😲

Wow to the wow.

This book is so well written I feel like I’m watching a TV show. I love this suspense, I love the spice and the characters.

Beginning of a great series!!!

This is the second trilogy that I have read from The Walker Security Series. So far this is yet even better than the last I read"heard", the Lucifer Trilogy. I truly enjoyed the storyline and the author does have a way of keeping you engaged. Naturally when Jason Clarke narrates you listen because he captivates you with his deep commanding voice. He has this ability of being able to give each character its own particular voice and he is great at it. First time I have heard of the female narrator, Avery Reid and she does not disappoint.

Left you hanging, wasn't a full novel. Good storyline, disappointed at the end that wasn't an ending.

Very Good Read/Listen

Such a good listen, I listened to this book while working. I'm excited to see what happens in the second and third installment.

Such much suspense, passion and a cliffhanger

I know this is a trilogy but dang what a cliffhanger of an ending! I'm really into the male and female lead, they hold such strength with a good plot. This is my first book by this author. Can't wait to finish this series and go back to the other books.

The only minor negative is that some of their dialogue feels repetitive - like we get it - you both have a terrible past. On to part two!

Great intrigue..

Well just as things were really starting to get interesting I have to wait for the next book to see how the ending in book 1 of this trilogy pans out. Oh I sort of wasn't surprised but loving it anyway. ..Lots of intrigue to the story. Been a big fan of the Walker Security books since they started and so pleased one of my favorite narrators is still with the series. Jason Clarke is always a yes for me and this time we've a strong yet conflicted female protagonist narrating.
She's a new narrator to me but growing on me. I wasn't sure at first but Avery is holding her own. And I always listen to Lisa Renee books. Bring it on....the next book that is!!!!

I made a mistake. Lisa Renee Jones! You rock! Still...Jason Clarke. .commanding voice...I want to hear a more soft-spoken Jason Clarke role. Either way, this story is great.
