Cute and fun and deeply emotion.

I love a good friends-to-lovers story, and this one is cake. So very good. An absolutely lovely read.

Surprisingly funny very cute and feel good

I liked the history you can feel between the characters and the genuine love. It was good voice acting and quite good storylines. Kept my attention better than some super mainstream stuff recently!

Sweet

This is a sweet YA listen, a bit predictable but overall a sweet fairly quick story. I did feel like I was dropped into a story that had already started but I enjoyed the characters.

Perfect for young readers

My 14 year old loves Hallmark and loves to read. Unfortunately, most books her age are for adventure...Harry Potter types. It's so not her. Unfortunately my books are more for adults (spicy). I searched desperately for something her speed. She liked the book "On the Fence" and wanted something similar.

This book was it! No sex, a few long awaited kisses, high school drama and problems. Perfect!

No character development, so why should I care?

I'm only on chapter 9 but I'm going have to pass on this book. The author didn't really introduce or establish the characters very well. I barely knew their names and already getting thrown into the plot. Speaking of names, why do they need so many nicknames for one person? (Remi, Rem, Beenie, Bean, B). Can you tell me more about them first before I have to remember who they're talking about? And who fails Art class and to the point you can't graduate? This was such an unnecessary conflict especially if all she had to do was participate to not fail.

The book so far is just too basic and predictable. I can tell you exactly what'll happen without even having to read it. Granted, maybe it's just my age (early 30's) and this book would be more suited for actual teenagers.

The narration was ok just too many long breaks inbetween sentences. The book had a lot of potential, I just wish the author spent a couple more chapters in the beginning developing the friendship with us so we could understand their connection better.
