great except...

This was exactly was I was looking for in all regards except for one thing, the jarring chapter that woke me every time.

Using this, my quality of sleep improved. After a few nights, I started falling asleep easier. I even remembered a dream (something I have only done a handful of times in my life) and it was a good one. I had some of the best sleep I've had in years, except every time I got to chapter 7 (or if I was deeply asleep for 7, chapter 14), I was jarred awake but the loud techno-esque music that was in no way soothing or conducive to sleep. Upon further investigation, I found that the chapters repeat (which is fine considering it's a subliminal) and every 7 chapters, it was techno on blast. I dont understand why such music would be included but it wasnt a mistake because I have another subliminal by the same author and it is the same way. Chapter 7 or 14 is guaranteed to wake me up.

Since I havent found a way to play the entire book while I sleep AND skip those chapters, they were a waste of my credits. Very disappointing.

Sounds like a virtual schizophrenic episode

I have used other subliminal messaging that are much easier to listen to. This one is unbearable to listen to.
