Good information, inappropriately titled

this was a nice book to become familiar with the concepts of Voodoo/Voudon. That being said, this book in no way takes you from being a beginner to an expert nor does it tell you everything you need to know.

Interesting 🤔

I always thought Voodoo was a dark practice because of the mystery that surrounds it. I'm actually surprised how similar my own spiritual practices and beliefs are to this religion. For a curiosity seeker like myself, this book's perfect. For someone actually wanting enough information to practice, there's probably a more in-depth guide out there. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Narrator constantly whistles the S's

The book itself is great! But I couldn't keep listening past chapter 2 because the narrator whistles every single S said. So irritating. can't believe they would release it with this narrator. Then pronounced Santeria. Sanna-terria then calls the Lwas L-was

The book explains very well the meaning of voodoo and the basics of getting started.

I expected something else when I chose this audio book, it was slightly underwhelming. But a few nuggets are inside the listen.

Great introduction book

This book was very interesting. It was short into the point. It hit all the high points of practices. The near raider did a good job in the book didn’t sound like it was being ride from the computer. Overall I really enjoyed this book!
