Cute romance with some spice

Loved the narrator for Tai. So good. A cute romance with a single dad who’s a vet. Good listen.

I laughed and teared up! This book was really great. Equal level sweet and spice.

Enjoyed

This was a good listen. Enjoyed the narrations a lot. Kept me into the story. Wished it had some more room to develop out the MCs stories more. Would like more of these characters after the HEA (Not just a cameo).

Absolutely loved it!

Omg! Ty is just adorable and I loved Emmett! This was a romance story that will be a reread for me. Adored the banter. I laughed so much but also found myself aweing with sadness. Great read and narrators are so great! That Aussie accent was so fantastic!

Story was a bit trite. HEA could have evolved without every single conflict tied up with a bow.

I enjoyed this story so much! The only parts I didn’t like about the story is all the back and forth about their relationship. But in all it was a good read!

Great story

Very well written, beautiful love story.. the characters are very real, with the one mistake which is Tye was born in the US snd keep saying he has a green card, American Citizens do not have green cards.. anyway, highly recommend..

Liked it

Out of all the books so far, this one wasn’t my favorite. Don’t get me wrong, I still liked it very much. But a few things made me steer away from it. I can’t wait for the next one.

Starting Up

This story shows the way both main characters are trying to move forward. Ty has things to prove especially to himself. Emmett’s struggle is more about speaking his truth. There are times when things don’t run smoothly but in the end love does conquer all. The audio was enjoyable to listen too.

Almost perfect (almost)

So I really like this audio book. in fact, the first half of it was perfect. I laughed till the point of crying at Ty's experiences in the veterinarian office. Emmitt's relationship with his son made my heart melt. The characters, all of them, were so well developed, actually some of the best I've seen. I felt like I knew all of them. It dealt with so much, love, loss, coming-out, and family with suprising skill and humor. Then, somewhere along the way a little, it lost a little bit of humor and became just too much...the big climax with Ty's ex Deion just seemed out of place. Not that crazy exes don't stalk and assault but it just didn't fit the flow and tenor of the story. Of course, the ending was lovely and fitting minus a strange decision to introduce a sexual kink tidbit at the end, which just seemed odd. But overall, I really enjoyed it..with the first half being some of the best I've ever read/heard and the narrators were A++++. So I recommend this story if not for the characters alone, they will stay with you.
