A Meditative Exercise
This was a good meditative exercise in overcoming one of the many addictions that is likely to manifest in one's life. Life is full of challenges and adversity. Since we are made in the image of our Creator and are creatures of sin in a flawed world, it has been told to me by another man's testimony that, "if He made us, only He can fix us." Such is the nature of this well narrated and produced book. I have reviewed this in another review forum, which was a 5-1 compilation of this book and multiple others in its respective series. This is primarily judging this one on its own. Recommended.

On the road to recovery.
There are several things I really liked about this book. The affirmations are delivered in an almost spiritual way, the piano backing track sounds almost ethereal, this all goes to make up a very calming experience. Overeating can be caused by many things, however, the emotional cause of overeating can be helped, and I believe this is the audiobook to do that. Well done for producing such a valuable book.

Powerful affirmations!
Great audiobook to help re-center and change the internal dialogue. I recommend for those who struggle with vices or poor habits they're trying to rid themselves of. Really enjoyed this calming audio experience.

Big Step for Positivity
You'll definitely feel the positive energy after listening to this audiobook. This isn't your typical dry approach to a 12 step program book. All the affirmations are unique and are applicable to every step of your recovery journey. Greatly recommend for anyone who is going through any life struggle right now. Also if your'e an affirmations fan like me, the author has other books focused on affirmations too that are really good!

Very soothing
This book was very relaxing to listen to. I almost felt as if all of my problems were continually lifted off of my shoulders as I just let the narrator's voice bathe my soul with positive energy reinforcing my willpower and commitment to stay on course with my goals. I have had a problem with overeating that stems from some trauma I received as a young child. This book was exactly what I needed as an additional source of strength as I face those demons.

Great audio book
I like this book because it also mentions the bibilical perspective method to inspire and uplift our spirits. It also entails step by step process to get rid of overeating. It is a wonderful book
