Before Andy can settle down for his long winter’s nap, he has a client’s name to clear, a murderer to catch, and two new dogs to look after: a golden and a Dalmatian. Andy’s golden retriever, Tara, will have to adjust to not being the only golden at the house while Andy gets to the bottom of this one…

Ear Candy

I’ve listened to well over 200 audible books & there are (very) few narrators I would “search” for & listen to the book just because he/she read it - Grover Gardner is at the top of that very short list.

Oh, and that David Rosenfelt guy isn’t too bad either……..

Absolutely love this series & it has yet to disappoint - still well worth the credit.

I think I have read every book in this series. I loved the interesting turn at the very end of the book. The one liners are great!😂

Classic Andy Carpenter!

If you read one you know you love it. While you don’t have to read in order, the friends and family dynamic are better if you do. It’s like coming home. Love the narrator.

David Rosenfelt never disappoints! Engaging plot, incredibly lovable characters, and an ending that was unexpected, at least for me. I will patiently (somewhat) await his next Andy Carpenter installment.

I wish I could get everyone to listen to the Andy Carpenter series! I love the mystery as well as the characters interactions. And I also love the narrator. You’ll know the score once you start the series…but just like the old Perry Mason mysteries..you still couldn’t wait until the next one… I can’t wait until the next one for Andy either!

I liked the way the lawyer handled himself in court. He really believed in is client, not all lawyers do.
