Kim Stoutan and Beverly Jenkins are a match!
Beverly Jenkins is one of the best historical romance authors. Her stories give readers characters to relate to and fall in love with. She provides readers with historical background of the American west through the eyes of Black and Native Americans. Topaz has a cast of characters, outlaws, Marshall’s, and cowboys that provide great cast and pilot support.

Masterful blend of history and steamy love
A history lesson within another racy tale of the settling of the West. As usual with Beverly Jenkins’s novels, the storyline balanced the steamy sex scenes. She is a master of the genre.

Excellent historical romantic novel
Thoroughly enjoyed this work. I learned so much about our history. It's exciting and wonderful to be part of this history as an American Black. loved Dix, Katherine, Miss Sunshine and Judge Parker.
