Pema Chodren is able to go to the very heart of the problematic moment in our lives, no matter what it is, and gives us ways to be present with that yet not solve every problem. She is one of the most down to earth, humorous, yet deeply taps in to our strengths more than any teacher I have encountered. Questions from participants at the end were also insightful and helpful.

Classic Pema Chödrön is not to be missed. This is a very good talk on Tong Len, but the audio is somewhat staticy. You can get through it though. It’s worth it for her.
