It’s an ok book that has a few tidbits worth hearing. Some chapters are much better than other. Chapter 8 was worth the cost of the book to me.

Great listen
I do agree with previous comments, it is a bit misleading, though the material is great. The pdf that Marcia is talking about, can be found online... so it is not a problem. If you do want to change your life....listen to these recordings.
