Quite a rush and heart stopping story
When this first started, I didn’t think that I would enjoy it but it soon had me wrapped up in the story. I will be watching for Book Four!!

Boring.
If I get sucked through a wormhole to a game like dimension and my first challenge is how to breathe, just kill me. There is little to no action in this book until the end where it has very little fighting and the MCs only real power used is her breath... oh and she can handle toxic environments. I made it through the first book out of three hoping it would get better but nope. Also, the MC seems to be having feelings for her friend who obviously likes her so there's LGBT themes too. Not my cup of tea. The narrator wasn't bad at least.

Just Ok
If you are looking for a SF/Fantasy adventure, that is the basic story premise. Unfortunately, practically half of the story revolves around the main character questioning her romantic orientation. It's emphasized to the degree that the rest of the story tends to feel like "filler" in-between existential crises.
