Though a lousy vagrant, he feels for the children who have been kidnapped because he suffered as an orphan and does not want any child to endure the same fate as him, or worse, to be killed. However, when he confronts the one responsible for the kidnappings, he realizes that he is in way over his head; he must battle against an extraordinary being who wields the seven elements of existence and find a way to vanquish him, or else the children, along with his beloved world, may be destroyed forever.

New Fantasy World

This is one of those rare and unexpected treasures you find once every decade or two. The music and sound effects obviously pulled me in more but weren't needed. The story stands alone by itself. It is literally almost 28 hours long. The narrator did a great job capturing the dark atmosphere of the world, and I especially loved his different voices for the characters. Toward the end there is just one moment when the sound effects gets a bit loud but that's just me nitpicking. Overall, this book stands up to some of the greatest classics. With 28 hours of storytelling, you can't go wrong with this one.
