good advice but a bit obvious and boring
It's good life advice but didn't say anything that interesting. I think the author is misinformed about 1950s housewives -- a lot of them did in fact do charity work, volunteering, community involvement. good things to think about, though. I think it would be a worthwhile book if the price were a bit lower.
