Loved this book on dreams. I’ve always been a dreamer so to have someone detail the importance of dreams and how to decode dreams in an easy to understand manner was amazing. Loved how it was all scripturally based and also contained some great stories to drive home certain points. The Author states both the biological and psychological effects of sleep, including that various foods can affect the physical state of the body and dream state.
Further, the Author states the different dreams based upon traumatic experiences and events in a person’s life. He states the different dreams are such as soul dreams, dreams from the enemy, and dreams by God.
Whatever affects your eye gate and ear gate can affect your dreams, including habits and activities.
