A must read to truly use the law of attraction to it's fullest. I have manifested $10,000 many times and now I understand how it really works. I just put belief behind it and now I KNOW what BELIEF means. and it's magnetic power.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I like Greg's sincerity and hope for a positive change in this world. I don't know if its pie in the sky thinking, but I still like how I am changing my mind on things and wishing for a better place.

Would you be willing to try another book from Gregg Braden? Why or why not?

Yes, I am just hoping that it will cover new ground. This particular book was a fly over on various findings on physics and science. I would have liked more detail.

What did you learn from The Spontaneous Healing of Belief that you would use in your daily life?

I am planning on looking at things with a more positive approach vs. the negative everything must go to hell in a hand basket because the book of Revelation in the Bible says so. For me, this is a radical departure from the Christian perspective and i am hoping the world will catch up to this before its too late.

Pragmatic self help for optimal health

I believe optimal health, when distilled to its fundamentals, comes down to the established, cliche, three tenets: body, mind, spirit (aka. diet, attitude, lifestyle). This book will get you, at least, 1/3 the way there. Offering a pragmatic approach to the seemingly elusive topic of attitude, Gregg offers the tools necessary for fostering optimal spirit and attitude; arguably the most important of the three facets of optimal human health.

Interesting Read

Gregg Braden makes a very difficult subject easy and enjoyable to understand. I was so impressed I ordered Unleashing ThePower Of God Code. That book was even more fascinating.
