Lots of food for thought

I appreciate this book very much. And I hope it gets used in our school system .

Vital Information

The information in this book should be available in every classroom. I've listened to it twice in a row and plan on listening to it again on a 4hr drive I have today. Just the info on telomeres is worth the price of the book and there is so, so much more value than that.

Interesting Audio Format Adaptations

The great subject material alone is 5-star knowledge and I think the author did a very good job in the format, cadence and clarity are excellent and always nice when you have the authentic voice and it's comfortable for the reader. Sometimes a bit wordy to the point of being reminiscent of the “My Theory” skit on Monty Python lol but I think it is intentional and ends up being appreciated by the listener as it sort of replaces the ‘go back and read that again' requirement of a lot of deep subjects, either through preparing you to listen in advance as a sort of cue, or through repetition, and without having to rewind - as often. That could maybe be targeted and minimized a bit on future versions, and I personally skipped the worksheet sort of stuff, but overall really worth the time and many parts I look forward to listening to again and recommending to those who dare to seek higher knowledge!

Gregg Braden goes out on a limb in so many ways, by combining science and spirituality. I like that. After all we are spiritual beings who have lost the spiritual aspect when you evaluate society as a whole. He has connected it in an understandable way, providing solid science to back up our existence and methods of transforming our future. Every person needs to read or listen to his books and lectures.

This is an absolute MUST READ for the path of alternative & open minded thinking. You may not agree with everything but taking a moment to explore the “what if” aspect and contemplate that everything we have been taught has not been expressed through well meaning agendas is worth speculating.

Enlightening

Gregg Braden through this book and his other works has left no dought in my mind that my previous introduction to how we were created is completely wrong and misleading.
His suggestions as to how we should view and live our lives is breathtaking and exciting.
