Enjoyable cozy mystery

I believe this may be part of a series, but this book stands totally alone. A captivating cozy mystery. I enjoyed the premise and loved the setting of Alaska. It was interesting listen and kept me guessing until the very end.

The Snowman Killer

Sarah gives up her job as a detective in LA to become a mystery writer. She moves to Alaska to have a fresh start and focus on her writing. Everything is fine until she finds herself in the middle of a mystery... basically someone is acting out her latest murder mystery and she just may end up being the victim if she doesn’t solve it before it’s to late.

Definitely a great start to a new cozy mystery series. While the narration was well done, I wasn’t a fan of a few of the different character voices.

Great Cozy Read

I received this book in exchange for honest review.
Very quick, entertaining, cozy mystery! Loved the setting, the story, and characters. The end felt a bit rushed, but still enjoyed the story. The narrator has a great voice. and enjoyed listening to this story. Sheree had great tone and pacing, and brought each character to life. Recommended if you're a fan of cozy mysteries!

Sometimes I liked the narrator's voice and other times it got a little too grating.

Watch out for snowmen!

I liked this story. It held my attention and kept me busy while trying to figure out the "who done it."

Good story

I would like to hear the rest of the stories but with a different reader. The voice changes for characters was annoying. If you are going to have people from other countries imitated at least get someone that can do it and the voices for different people didn’t need to w done. It would have been better just read as written.

A good series and the audio version was ok.

I liked the first book and it only seemed to improve with each successive book. Good plot lines and characters.

A Super Neat Cozy Mystery With Excellent Narration

The Snowman Killer was a great listen. I loved this audiobook for a three hour action-packed cozy. It was a complete short with a fun setting in Alaska and great characters with Sarah and Conrad. This was a light listen, not super heavy. I really enjoyed it. This is the first audiobook I've listened to by Wendy Meadows but not the first with this narrater.

Narrator:

Sheree Wichard was the perfect reader for this audiobook. I've listened to her before and love her work. This one was terrific with the different characterizations along with good voice inflectioms. I really enjoy listening to her. This was an overall enjoyable listen.
