Define it and rise above it

Before this book, I had a hard time defining what being "suck" meant. It was something that I couldn't really explain what it was or why it was, it was just something that I felt. This book did a good job of clarifying those things for me. And I like how this is actually a really motivating book. It doesn't just explain what being stuck is, but it also gives practical strategies for how to break out of the cycle.

Simple and Effective!

I believe that I've read almost all the books on mindset and habits that are out there. All have something good to offer but none of them look at the holistic process involved in getting out of a pattern or entanglement until this book. Erika Jon knows her stuff as she gently guides you through techniques such as recognizing negative thought patterns, forgiveness and gratitude and then she encourages you to take action. There's an gentle flow which makes these practices seem easy to achieve. That's what we all need right now to achieve our dreams... Gentle encouragement rather than the competitive acquisition language of most coaching books. If you want results then get this book. Highly recommended.
