great stories.
The narrator should leave accents to more accomplished voice actors. His American dialects make the story more of a comic book than an action thriller. I hope most Brits don't assume his inaccurate and insulting depiction of the Southern US speech patterns are spot on. After all, that dialect is the closest thing to hackneyed British English we have here. Especially his version.

Nothing like re-living every book in series
Sam Pope is a good read/listen with a good story line. I wish, however, the writer didn't make you re-live multiple details from all previous books AND "Sam Pope; he was built to survive!" is getting a little over used throughout the series. Geez.
