A big error in chapter 3

In chapter 3 at about 17 minutes I found what I think is a big error. He says Emily began spotting in Missouri, and they saw a doctor in Oklahoma City, and she miscarried near Nashville. Did the author or editors happen to check a map? This is just sloppy. They took a very strange route to get to Rhode Island.

I have never written a review for a book before. Not ever! But this book is incredible. I just felt moved to write a review, like I had to. I will never forget these characters. I was sitting at work today at a meeting thinking about Corbi, and about his tragic ending. I can't remember ever feeling like this after listening to an audio book, and I've listened to plenty. This was such an amazing read. The characters stay with you. Just, Wow! Bravo, Wally Lamb.

Another stamp on my soul, Corby.

Wally Lamb is my very favorite author. He makes you fall in love with the main character and leaves you changes forever.

When Oprah calls for a THIRD time ...

This is my first Wally Lamb book. I figured if Oprah recommended him for a third time in 20 years, it's time for me to see what the buzz is about. I'm now a bonafide Wally Lamb fan. This book held my attention from the beginning, and the conclusion was raw but honest. READ/LISTEN TO THIS BOOK!!

Never pass up a book that is written by Wally Lamb.

Engaging

This book had my interest in the first chapter. This book was hard to stop, I listened every chance I got. It definitely brought me to tears with it's unexpected ending.

An Emotional must read

I cannot remember when a book has made me cry this hard. Wally Lamb you did it again. I only stopped listening when I slept. The narrator was outstanding also.

Being a lover of Mr. Lamb’s writing I knew to prepare myself for an emotional roller coaster. He is a prolific storyteller and his characters masterful. I loved this book . The narration wonderful. For every evil uncaring person the book gives you it is also filled with hope, compassion and empathy
