The Weekend Retreat
Different people from around the UK come together for an unsuspecting crazy weekend as their Kundilini energy is unknowingly released.

- Two men and two women who individually are successful trendy London interior designers who enjoy the latest fashion of going to the latest retreats to study yoga and mediation.
- The Birmingham four, two rather stale couples looking to put some oomph back into their lives.
- The five Cornish witches, decidedly dodgy mysterious gals from the far south of the country.
- Two women and one man who are unrelated people from Bristol trying to further their creativity by delving deeper into psychic phenomena.
- Three local policemen reluctantly at the campfire get together to foster good relations with the tax paying community.
- A mysterious South American "Shaman" of no fixed abode.
Freddy's Ayurveda Adventure
A Brit paparazzo pro whose abusive lifestyle and general disregard for himself results in his overeating, drinking, cigarettes etc., as he struggles to find his life's purpose.
Late one night in Brighton, UK, in an Indian curry house, he overhears an enthusiastic lady explaining about an amazing Ayurveda Retreat in Kerala, S.W. India that she claimed changed her life!
On a whim he decides to go there in an attempt to clean up his life, having no idea about what he is embarking on or the amazing life changing events that await him.
