Helpful for settling down to sleep
The Relaxasaurus Bedtime Meditation Stories for Kids by M Mary is perfect for my little guy who loves dinosaurs but has trouble falling asleep. It’s has quiet music and relaxing words with a lot of positive affirmations. As long as the stories don’t spark a lot of conversation in the moment, it works well to settle him. The narration by Amanda Jo is perfect. Her voice is soothing and calming, which is just what is needed to send a child off to bed.
