But if he's going to solve the case of the Purloined Poodle, Oberon will have to recruit the help of a Boston terrier named Starbuck, survive the vegetables in a hipster pot pie, and firmly refuse to be distracted by fire hydrants and rabbits hiding in the rose bushes.

At the end of the day, will it be a sad bowl of dry kibble for the world's finest hound detective, or will everything be coming up sirloins?

I really enjoyed this book especially since it was from Oberon's point of view. Luke does a great job bringing the story to life.

The future is all gravy!!! dipped over sausage.

As always Mr Hearne and Mr Daniels do a brilliant job. I look forward to many more

Better than belly rubs!

I loved this book soooo much!!!! I have listened to it 3 times already. The Iron Druid Series are amazing books and this book is about Oberon (Snackworthy Von Sausage) my all time favorite side kick. This hearty sirloin of a story is dripping with the gravy of punny jokes and word used to create a picture of the scenery and what is happening. What a fun mystery novel! Please write more adventures / mysteries for Oberon! 🥓

Maybe the Best Yet

Where does The Purloined Poodle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Of the books in the series, this is one of the best. I would even say I enjoyed more than all the others except that you need the other stories to really fall in love with Oberon. I hope for more like this and there had better be a story around that treasure map.

Love a more in depth perspective from Oberon! Lengthy enough to be satisfying and short enough to fit a dogs perspective!

Oberon is awesome!!

This is a story of Oberon and Atticus investigating a mystery. It's hilarious and you don't have to have read or listened to any other story to enjoy this one I laughed almost the entire story. Luke Daniels did another amazing job at narration. You won't be sorry pick this one up
