Easy Listen for Self Help
Sarah Heinitz has a great voice and produces a good quality recording. Amy Perez makes an excellent case for the relationship between love, nutrition, and finance. It's an easy listen with great advice. Sarah has some interesting pronunciations, like 'impordant' that had to grow on me.

I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
This book covers a wide range of topics that are relevant and useful. The narration is good, and the author had a lot of great tips that could be useful for people in all walks of life. I particularly like many of the suggestions related to managing money and debt. Overall I thought this book was helpful and informative.
