it is by far the best performance I've heard since Steven King's IT.
amazing story and I loved the characters, I found myself cringing for them at times and cheering for them
I also caught myself laughing out loud while on the train for my commute. these books really crossed my favorite genres of post apocalyptic and fantasy.

This was a great sequel and I certainly did not see this coming. I loved the new characters. Especially the history revealed and experienced through their stories.
5 stars all day.
My only regret is reading this and Defiant so quickly and back to back!

Story was good- keeps a steady pace decently.
Is it me or are there some moments that confuses me with the narration or story where something doesn't make sense. The last instance of this was about 15 minutes before the end of the story- Stuber says something about Petra being his husband. Is that the way of the book or was it read wrong?
