Acerca de esta escucha
The concepts in Neurology of Suggestion series are key to human transformation. These concepts start with traditional direct hypnosis methods and indirect suggestion hypnotherapy then incorporates recent findings in mind/body health, modern neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and a touch of Tibetan Buddhism.
Our goal was to find a comprehensive transformation technology that is logical, science-based, but easy to master quickly. Essentially, NOS combines centuries of experience with hypnosis and hypnotherapy, discoveries regarding just how the brain works - based on more than 40,000 brain scans and the work of top artificial intelligence researchers - and presents a simple yet comprehensive approach.
This is a two-volume set that includes both The Neurology of Suggestion, which logically presents the underlying ideas, and Advanced Hypnotherapy Protocols and Applications, which effectively moves from theory to rapid results-oriented applications in the area of performance improvement, mental health, and medicine.
Sample scripts are provided. These two books provide the basis for more than 50 related books, which are already on Amazon, many of which are also available in audiobook format on Audible.

Historia
How can I rewire my brain from anxiety? How can I rewire my brain to be positive? Scientists once thought that the brain was locked in place after puberty. But new technology shows that our brain continues to rewire itself and never stops changing as we age. We're gradually understanding that the adult brain is capable of physical change and rewiring in response to stimuli. But if you conceive of the brain as a colossally complex series of wires and computer connections, we're still basically babies with a Fisher-Paykel chisel, banging at the circuit board.

Chronic anger is a stress-related difficulty, too, and anger sufferers deserve compassion as much as anybody else. You didn’t ask to be angry. You won’t be judged here. There are solutions. Using fictional case studies from real-world examples, Anger Management will explain why your subconscious programming may be making it impossible for you to “will” yourself to calm down.

Consciousness is our gateway to experience: it enables us to recognize Van Gogh’s starry skies, be enraptured by Beethoven’s Fifth, and stand in awe of a snowcapped mountain. Yet consciousness is subjective, personal, and famously difficult to examine: philosophers have for centuries declared this mental entity so mysterious as to be impenetrable to science. In The Ravenous Brain, neuroscientist Daniel Bor departs sharply from this historical view, and proposes a new model for how consciousness works.

We're used to thinking about the self as an independent entity, something that we either have or are. In The Ego Tunnel, philosopher Thomas Metzinger claims otherwise: No such thing as a self exists. The conscious self is the content of a model created by our brain - an internal image, but one we cannot experience as an image. Everything we experience is "a virtual self in a virtual reality." But if the self is not "real," why and how did it evolve? How does the brain construct it?

But imagine if you could learn how to take control of your brain’s instinctive response to danger. In Life Unlocked, Harvard-trained psychiatrist Dr. Srinivasan Pillay draws from cutting-edge research in neuroscience to show you how to do just this: to move past fear and unlock the potential of your life.

Historia
Andrew Smart wants you to sit and do nothing much more often - and he has the science to explain why. At every turn we’re pushed to do more, faster, and more efficiently: That drumbeat resounds throughout our wage-slave society. Multitasking is not only a virtue, it’s a necessity. But Andrew Smart argues that slackers may have the last laugh. The latest neuroscience shows that the “culture of effectiveness” is not only ineffective, it can be harmful to your well-being.
