As a career infantryman with multiple deployments in support of several different campaigns across various continents, Michael Nolan outlines in this book the natural laws that govern how violence works based upon his experience and observations in the field. He also explains the need to integrate and apply both a rational left-brain approach as well as an intuitive right-brain approach in order to achieve success in the hypercompetitive arena of war.
The hope is, with this understanding of the mechanics of war and violence, the listener will be able to achieve his or her highest potential and, more importantly, be better equipped to succeed and make a positive impact in the world.
