Connor Parker was at the top: The University of Michigan center was captain of the NCCA standout — the Lynx, with a guaranteed spot on a New York team and poised to win the Frozen Four, the league’s most important college hockey championship. But when an incident happens, the UMich bad boy’s fame quickly falls apart and he has to fight to avoid losing his place on the team and his scholarship, and also deal with the entry of his nemesis, Finnick Ryder Colleman, into his team, in his same position.

As a form of revenge, Connor proposes a bet: seducing Colleman’s girlfriend.

Alice Banks is in her first year and to make ends meet she becomes a math tutor at UMich. Her challenge? Making Connor Parker learn all the subjects he ignored during his first three years at UMich. The problem is that she doesn’t like the hockey player after the accident with her best friend, Finnick Colleman, who she is rumored to be dating.

But the classes between Connor and Alice will show that the two are much more than the jock and the nerd, and that there is much more in common — in addition to a great attraction — happening between the two. And amidst parties, college, hockey, and a math tournament, they will discover that they are made for each other. Even if to do so Connor needs to reveal the entire plan of his “bet”.
