Great guide for getting in shape!

I really enjoyed this book. I like Joeys take on getting in shape and changing your life. It’s more realistic than a lot of other books that I’ve read and he’s very knowledgeable and I like how he gives you information on what you need to know and also links where you can find more in-depth information if you need it, overall I think this book will help people a lot!
Plus, I like how he talks about his family and loved ones and incorporate them into the book gives you to feel that he’s an down to earth person and actually is passionate about health and fitness.

No Nonsense Health and Fitness

Joey wrote and narrated a book that provides practical, no nonsense advice to get and stay your optimal self.

I am looking forward to interviewing him for the 40+ Fitness Podcast because I know my listeners will get a ton of value, just as you will from this book.

Thumbs up to Joey Thurman, on this book! I appreciated the scope of research and science that went into every chapter. Joey's real-talk, no-nonsense style was like like having him in the room as I listened to him narrate each page.

As a celebrity fitness coach, with multiple certifications, Joey not only shared his insights, he never hesitated to call BS by dispelling myths fostered by the fitness industry. His best kept fitness secrets were the most surprising. They were not only diet and exercise.

This audiobook is a great investment for anyone wanting proven results!
