Most practical real estate book I’ve read!!
I’ve read a slew of real estate books and this one is hands down the best. Chris has created a resource I will carry with me for years to come. This is well thought out and well written. His narrative isn’t motivational, it is a to the point blue print of what to do and what not to do - starting from ground zero. I recommend any real estate pro read this book, from new to seasoned. Having ‘been there’ for some of the same pitfalls I find this is ‘inspirational’ of it’s own practicality. Before buying the book I listened to a short video w Chris and implemented a change that will save 12k in one year. This is just the beginning. Before finishing the audible book I saved another 3k with a small tweak. This is so good I also ordered a hard copy before I finished the audible & before it arrived, I ordered another for my #1 staff member b/c I knew I couldn’t share my copy. I just finished the audible; READ THIS BOOK!!!
