Wonderful book and resource
I enjoyed this title thoroughly. It did take awhile to get through, but a book like this isn't designed to be read quickly. It's a guide, with exercises and detailed examples and stories. It feels heartfelt and genuine, and has helped me move forward with some of my life goals. I read the low rated review, and it sounds to have been written by a very impatient person. This is not an overnight process, and the book flows well with the time needed to succeed. Ignore the bad review and enjoy this audio book beautifully narrated by the Author.
