Tech Mage (Book one)

Aran awakens in chains with no memory. He’s conscripted into the Confederate Marines as a Tech Mage, given a spellrifle, then hurled into the war with the draconic Krox and their Void Wyrm masters.

Void Wyrm (Book two)

Major Voria stands ready to accept the cost for her actions at Marid. Stripped of command and resources, Voria must find a ship and rally a crew. Somewhere within the Umbral Depths lays a hidden world, a world that the dead god Marid intended her to find.

Spellship (Book three)

Voria, Aran, and Nara survived their trip into the Umbral Depths. They retrieved the Talon, and are now searching for the First Spellship, the key to victory in their war against the Krox. Their search leads them to Virkonna, the home of the Last Dragonflight, a world where Dragons still rule. The world where Aran was born.

War Mage (Book four)

The Krox have finally reached their end game, and the sector will never be the same. Their relentless fleet darkens the skies of New Texas, home of the fabled Ternus shipyards. Their only hope lies with their sworn allies, the Shayans. But the Shayans refuse to help.

Krox Rises (Book five)

Nebiat has seized godhood, and now controls Krox, the most powerful elder god in the sector. Both Ternus and Shaya know she is coming, but their preparations cannot save them. She launches a strike at Ternus that cripples their home world, and shatters their fleets.

Nefarius (Book six)

Krox's assault on Shaya has been foiled, but the cost was bitter. Ternus lies in ruins, its gravity doubled by a god. Shaya is a paradise, but one populated by a mere handful of survivors. Only one power strong enough to oppose Krox remains...The Last Dragonflight.

Godswar (Book seven)

Nefarius has risen. She is implacable. Unstoppable. God after god is fallen and consumed, and each time the terrible dragon-goddess grows stronger.

One possibility of victory remains. Aran, Nara, and Kazon discover their true purpose, left by the elder god Xal when he planned for his own demise. With this contingency they have one chance to oppose Nefarius. One chance to stop the goddess that will devour everything.

One of my all time favorites

This was very well written and fun. The characters speak like they are playing an RPG, but it fits. The blend of fantasy and science fiction is very well done.

Each of the seven books does a good job on its own. It is all fast moving without skimping on character development. Very deep plots, made simpler to follow because it's all expressed as a game mechanic.

The narrator does a great job, too. He's the same guy that narrates the Expanse series, and it was fun hearing some of the voices from that series used again in this one.

That all seven books costs only a credit is a very good value. I'm a full fledged fan now.

truly epic

space battles, mysterious magic, superhuman abilities, demons, and gods. it's got it all and gets better as you go.

Great book.

Really great book. Can't wait for the next series that ties into this one. Keep up the good work.

Trilling

This book series was phenomenal.. I absolutely enjoyed this book.. A must read for Dragon lovers that also love Sci-fi.

needed something to listen to at work this was gold...no not gold this was DIAMOND I loved it was almost too distracting with it amazing story and had me on edge all night long

Enjoyable throughout!

Although there may be some plot holes, gimmicky tricks to move the plot forward and some predictable twists, these stories never ceased to entertain me. I enjoyed the story and the Sci-Fi D&D feel that this had and I wished there was a computer RPG to go along with it. Worthy of an audible purchase and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Fabulously Ridiculous!

Chris Fox has has a created a gem! RKB's performance was top notch - you could HEAR which character he was reading without the "he saids" & "she saids." If you like epic fantasy, lite sci-fi and space s***, this is YOUR Jam! The books are fantastic, but the "last-book-summaries" are to die for (die laughing that is). I damn near choked when Chris called that one D-bag "Di** Suck"! Good s*** man, well done ("pound" emogi).

Fun, if not a little silly

Great way to zone out and get lost in a fun, crazy and silly sci-fi world!

Great series! LOVE all these characters the good and the bad. Narrator is the absolute best. Kept all the characters in check throughout the series.
