Whenever I can, I like listening to my guided meditations, relaxing and flying...in a different world filled with peace and relaxation. Over the last three years, meditations have been a big part of my life and have helped me a lot in many situations. For this reason, I always thought it would be nice to find something for my children. I like to read them a story every night, but sometimes it's not possible.
