I love this book

this book is my favourite book that I have listened to on audible so far. it is perfect for someone who like magic romance and mystery.

Perfect narrator

I really liked the way the narrator read the story. You could feel the emotion during the Gathering and the first meeting with Tennessee. I loved this book by itself, but the audible adds to my enjoyment of it.

great story!

I have a little trouble while listening, as the narrator did not alter her voice for the narrative parts for Tennessee vrs, Tegan, so while listening I found myself confused multiple times. I also found it a little awkward to listen to the desire of minors ( but that's just me I'm sure lol)

FINALLY!

I absolutely love this series! Can't wait for the rest of the books to be released in audio. I only have one major point to critique about the performance: Tenn needs his own narrator!

This was an amazing story I loved listening to it and couldn’t wait to hear more

Haven't been hooked to a series since 2nd grade

So through out the years I've read about magic and science fiction this captures the magic , the fun as an adult I see more and the age range where id like to see I haven't been this hooked to a book series since 2nd grade with rainbow magic I thought I wouldn't like series because some have gotten worse over the years but this keeps getting better I also finished the second book recently like it progressively gets better. A lot and if your skeptical to read I've been for the past 4 years and it was worth it.

the beginning of an amazing adventure

i originally read this book when it was released, and was excited to see the audiobook. listening to it was like saying hello to an old friend
This is the first book in a series that is going to be epic. It has everything that you need and want. Magic, mystery and romance.
Once you start reading you get sucked in and just don't want to put it down. The characters are extremely well written, the plot amazing and you feel like you are a part of the quest. I eagerly await more
Vanessa does an amazing job as always.

not worth reading

after 2 chapter still did not hold my attention so I went right to the end and closed the book out

What a great story told by a great narrator! Once you start it you can’t stop.
