At Last!
It's nice to come across a book like this that spoke the language of Introverts. It was like listening to my life story. I am not alone in my introvert ways. Awesome book for those may have introverts in their lives and would like to better understand them.

Spot on and well balanced
The balance between our right to protect ourselves from energy-robbing demands on how we live day-to-day and our responsibility to extend the same privelege to the equally legitimate needs of more extroverted folks is a refreshing challenge that should keep us from withdrawing into our own self-righteous shells.

Common Sense Fluff
I was totally unimpressed with this book. I found the book to be filled with fluff. If you want to read a real book about introverts, purchase the book quiet. The book Quiet, by Susan Cain, has a lot more substance to it relative to those folks who are introverts vs other behavioral styles. The narrator sounds like she's about 18 years old and I found it hard to digest taking advice from her.
