Overall solid story but...

I just can't get over the beginning. He could have says that she wasn't her type but "She is not pretty. Her narrow face and high-bridged nose is too severe to be considered pretty." Such a despicable thing to say.

Great Story

I’m a diehard romance fan. This book was engaging and had a great storyline. Narrators were amazing. This story won’t disappoint.

love this whole series but we need a Larondo book.... they messaged him all series but I feel like they have avoided his book because he is gay.... and with her writing ability She could hit it out of her park.

It was fate!

I love it when there is immediate attraction with awesome banter. This book doesn’t have a lot of angst, which is my preference. Super cute and steamy couple.

Fiiiiiiinn!

This is a great addition to the series. It’s been awhile since I’ve listened to the previous book, but I can’t remember Finn or Chess in the previous books, so for me this book felt a little disconnected to the first three books. That being said I still enjoyed the story. Finn is an absolute gentleman and hunk. While Chess is cool, and trying to figure her sht out. I would have liked a little more spice or details or dialogue during the spicy bits. I love a vocal man, and Teddy Hamilton does them so well. Grace Grant isn’t bad, sometimes her male voice is a little off, but it doesn’t take away from the story. Overall, I enjoyed the story and would recommend the series. The first book is especially good.

Really cute! Love that they were friends first and love blossoms. Good to read in series order or by itself.

Oh Finn my love! I absolutely love this story between Finn and Chester! The setting in New Orleans is amazing! And the banter and bickering between Finn and Chester is AMAZING!!!

Not a complete happy ending

I really like this series, I’ve listened to them all, but to end with this book that SPOILER includes unresolved infertility issues left a yuck in my mouth. I’m sad about it, yeeees they love each other and yeeeees they have peace with their situation but to have all the rest of the series end on complete or in process of completion families and them with a hole seemed off putting.
