Anxiety Gone

What a great book! This book brought things to my attention that I didn’t consider. After following the breathing techniques and grounding exercise, I feel more confident. My anxiety has diminished greatly.

Great information and exercises

This was a great book to listen to. It really broke down the information for anyone to understand. I took a lot of notes and have replayed the meditations.

Gifts Beneath Your Anxiety

I really loved this book. It explained a lot about anxiety and illnesses I had as a kid and I realized I am an empath! And I think I know a lot of people who are empaths that would benefit from listening to Pat read her story. I loved hearing her read her words in her own voice. I highly recommend this audiobook.

and I found them all in this book!!! I bought this book 8 months ago....started the first chapter..life got crazy and I picked it back up two days ago....best decision ever!

Practical, real life usage

I've already recommended this book to a handful of people. The tips and practicality of it has been life-changing for me. Pat's voice is calm and soothing, and makes you feel like you are sitting in a room with her.

I love that her meditations are sprinkled throughout the book so I can go back and listen to them!

For anyone with children suffering from anxiety, you ll be amazing how these tools can help the kids cope! Likewise for me the book was like food to the soul, I went back and re listened to most of the book , then ordered the book so I can refer to it!
