Gorgeous literary work!!!
This is one of the BEST books I have ever read. It’s rare I want to re-read/listen to such a long book but this one is so beautifully written with such incredible description and includes wonderfully written fairy tales that have layers of meaning. I also loved this narration or this edition.

It did surprise me
I wasn’t sure I’d make it through at first. All the jumping from year to year but once you focus and settle into it, it is a really great story.

Couldn't put it down.
Starts out with a little girl abandoned on a ship and what happens to her. Many twists and turns which follows her life, looking for where she was from and why was she abandoned on a ship. Kate Morton tops the list of my favorite authors .

Best Audio Book
The story telling, the narrator, fabulous! I didn’t want the book to end. I kept the speed at normal to enjoy longer. It’s my first read by this author. I will be purchasing more!

Outstanding Story and Narration!
I truly loved this book and was sad every time I had to pause for the responsibilities of life!
I’ve always enjoyed Kate Morton’s books, but this narrator was so incredible that it took this story to the next level. I cannot fully express how much I enjoyed this experience!

Well worth your time
