I liked and recommend it, but…

First of all, the narration was distracting. I kept thinking they must have gotten a Groupon deal or something. His voice is good, but it’s hard to tell the characters apart at times and his inflections are frequently off. They also add in background audio that just wasn’t well done. You get used to it after a while. I listened to it at 1.4 speed.

The story is good. My only disappointment was that it was more of a fiction story than anything. I was hoping for a bit more education along the way.

Loved it. Basically real life. Dialogue was just okay, but in other parts it was phenomenal right there alongside the plot line.

Deceptions of Matt24 and Revelation

I already purchased and had started reading the paper back version of this story. When I found that Audible, I purchased it right away. The narrator makes no attempts are the few female voice as far as pitch, but the attitude he created did let you know which was which. Story is very well written, showing facts, twists and deceit. Brian is a man of true integrity. If you are wondering how the deception spoken of in Matt 24 or Revelation can be accomplished in a practical, scientific yet Scripturally accurate way, this is the book you must read. Only real problems were a couple of "skipped" passages in intense times, like when Brian is telling Melissa how his parents died, like a scratch on a record, it hiccups then moves to the next chapter. Glad I own the book

This story has it all!

One of the best Biblical fiction books I have heard. The performance isn’t the worst I’ve heard as some have said. The narrator should use different voices for each character to make it easier to follow. There is a lot of dialogue between multiple characters and at times it was hard to tell who was speaking. It didn’t stop me from continuing to listen though. I am starting the next book soon!

SciFi real-myth

Great story left me... nervous. honestly I didn't expect a book to have this kind of effect on me. I understand that this is fiction, but it hits to close to my own convictions. Left me nervous.

Loved it but part 2 on audio

It was great listen but disappointed part 2 is not in audio book. Not sure if I would have listened to it had I known that fact.

Incredible story, Intrigue, mystery, suspense...it's all here.

Michael Heiser has created a universe and compelling story based on real history and events that is incredible. I listed to this book in a single day because I was RIVETED by the story, characters, character development, and message behind it. I can only hope this would become a major motion picture. can't wait to the read the next 2 volumes!!!
