Small hacks, big difference

Procrastination is something that can really take many of us down when it comes to our goals, dreams, and achievements. Hitting a procrastination wall can be pretty common and so many of us seem to get stuck in “analysis paralysis”. However, this doesn’t have to be the case as Taylor Reed gives us evidence for in this massive 5 in 1 collection that hits the heart of our issues regarding life productivity. In fact, you might just turn things around to be more productive than you ever thought possible. My favorite takeaway from this title was the suggestions to do a little work, then take a little break. Rinse and repeat. This has been such a huge game changer for me and my productivity. Another productive behavior I like to do is have a timer at the top of my screen. I do a little work, then take a little break (watch a show or play a video game for 5 minutes or so), then I get right back to work. When I get in a flow state I keep grinning! The timer helps keep me on track. This has been a win win for me.
