Top of my list
This book was one of the most helpful books I have ever read. I didn’t know I was so anxious until I read this book. It opened my eyes to a lot of things in my life that I knew were there but didn’t understand. This is a book I hand out to others. God bless the author for sharing his his battle and the wisdom he has learned so we too can fight the good fight.
