assistance for emotional states of a school admin
narrator is great. keeps you on board without getting bored and monotonous. the books talks about the emotional states of a school administrator really efficiently. and gives strategies on how to handle some of those challenges.
what I would expect more is more examples of real life situations. if there were more examples than the theory, it would sound more real and convincing.
that being said, as a school principal, I agree 95% of the given strategies in this book will work. and will get you going for your goals.
