Learned a Lot

As an owner of a real estate investment company. I feel like this book really added a lot of value to my life and goals. Highly recommend.

Superficial-maybe I already heard the ideas

I’m not sure if I’ve already been exposed to these ideas in other books but this seems pretty superficial. There were a few areas that pointed out some weaknesses or neglected zones of my business, but I didn’t think it was a transformative book like I’ve heard some people describe it. Maybe I should’ve read the original instead of this one that’s targeted to my industry.

For some reason, this was very quiet audiobook. I had to turn it all the way up.

Great read

I had the privilege to read the original email revisited book and then I got into real estate eventually and I wanted to get to the point where I could read the email for the real estate investor so I can know organize my business with my business is an organize currently, but I know with a knee so I figure let me to start diving into these books. This book was really great especially for anyone else in real estate. This book is really really really good. I will recommend it to everyone else does real estate investing?

Great insight into the mindset and systems that are a must for running a consistent and profitable company. I’ve read the original eMyth and this version for investing is just what I needed.

Stick to the Original E-Myth

I love Michael Gerber and think the E-Myth may be one of if not the best business books ever written. Unfortunately, the real estate inventor version falls short. It was painful to complete. I would recommend sticking to the E-Myth and getting a real estate book by Robert Kiyosaki or Dolf de Roos.

Very average at best

The voice of Michael Gerber in this audio book is cringeworthy. So many real estate books, just like this one, do NOT get to the point of their story. Instead you have to listen to someone who probably loves hearing themselves talk. I typically don't write reviews, however with audio books not being cheap by any means, I hope potential buyers understand that the voice you hear in the sample is a voice you only hear for a short period of time. The majority of the book is Gerbers voice. Which sounds like an old wizard from Harry Potter. If I learned anything from this book, it's to read more reviews and get an idea of how it was received by readers. Disappointed to say the very least.

The narrator sounds like he is dying

I couldn’t finish listening to this book as the reading was unbearable. Maybe Michael Gerber is a great man who has a lot of knowledge to share, but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF G*D hire someone who can actually read clearly, and with energy! At some points it really feels like his voice might break down. It’s very distracting and makes the content of the book very un-interesting. Waste of money.

No Micheal

Micheal's voice is not the quality necessary for a good listening experience. Uncomfortable and difficult...
