i love it. exactly what i needed. all affirmations and mimdfulness wont be effective if the root of what is hurting you, is not determined and dealt with directly.
will definitely be buying her other books.

Poignant and inspiring
I appreciated hearing from others who have gone through detoxing from their mother. I didn’t realize that as I was working through my issues with my Mom that I held a lot of anger and resentment towards my Father. Why did he not protect us from her abusing us. Oy to the vey… much more therapy, wine, and incredible friends who keep me grounded, laughing uncontrollably and loved just as I am! Thank you for this book. Very helpful.
