Last of the Mohicans- almost!

This was a well written, well narrated, captivating story from the very beginning, and all the way through to the end! Great character development, interesting storyline, and an intriguing romance, I loved this book!!

A story to get lost in

Historical elements, cultural treasures, character development - all brought to life by most talented Sarah Zimmerman. Raising the issues of honour, redemption, forgiveness & restoration on many complex levels. The story leaves wonders to discover right till the last words. Language is beautiful and suitable to each character. Loved how God is brought into the story - surely and steady, despite the harshness of realities. Warning: not for sensitive listeners. Wanted to listen to this story with my kids - but the fight scenes are quite graphic. Although well backed up by the thought patterns of the characters. Would love a continuation to this story.

I loved this story. All the Mayflower series has been fantastic. I highly recommend if you enjoy adventure, romance, and scripture

Good story, great narrator

I Struggled to get into it at first but really enjoyed it by the end

Wonderful story and description of setting. I could see and feel it all.

This was written and narrated very well. The descriptive text and characters made me feel as if I were experiencing it along with Mercy. I especially appreciated the references to God and their thankfulness for their safety. I also appreciated the sweet way it was written regarding their attraction to each other. I would eagerly suggest this book to others!

Captured Bride

First time listening to this author. Very exciting & adventurous.
Love the narrator. That’s was the reason I picked it. Such a shame people are out out by people praying for God’s mercy and protection. I loved it! Recommend to everyone.

Fantastic series!!!

Super awesome series that gives you a perspective of being back when the Mayflower came over, then the creation of New Orleans, and then the Indian - French War in the Northern states. Loved it!!

Christian Historical Romance

Each story in this series so far is vastly different from the other. Their only connection seems to be that they are Christian Historical Romances full of adventure, hardship, building or strengthening faith and placed in early American soil. They are also outstanding stories that are superiorly narrated!
