Enjoyable but different

I love this series and this was a good book but different. The story was good and some of my favorite characters returned but it was lacking the funny parts that really made me laugh out loud. It had a few but not like in the other books. Still worth the read.

Engaging Book

This was a clever and interesting story. There are a lot of unexpected side trips and travel adventures. Nick Fox is always a fun character and anything narrated by Scott Brick is going to be exciting and emotionally captivating.

I love how they integrated both their parents in this one! The characters were full bodied and lots of excitement! Great Job!

This has been my favorite story of the series. I think it would make a great movie. Lots of action and famous locations.

I love this series!

Another great novel. In the same vein as National Treasure or Indiana Jones the pair, aided by their fathers, hunt down pieces of a map to find a long lost treasure. Chased by bad guys and dodging the national police, they face danger at every turn.
Excellent story and Scott Brick delivers his constantly wonderful performance.

Janet has done it again… another fun adventure

I just love reading all of Janet Evonovich's books…. she is an amazing writer. And I love ALL of her collaborations, as well.

Action Packed Thriller

Prepare yourself - once you start this book, it’s going to be hard to stop! Evanovich and Hamilton are on point with the standard Fox and O’Hare characters as well as a few, new, instantly lovable (or hateable) characters thrown in. While the trademark humor is sprinkled throughout, this is a more serious journey. It’s incredible, and for fans of Fox and O’Hare, definitely a winner!! A fantastic novel! Cant wait for the next installment!!
As always, Scott Brick’s narration is incredible!! He truly brings the characters to life!!

Not as stellar as I’d hoped

I’m a huge fan of the Fox & O’Hare series and was eagerly anticipating this next installment. I was a little disappointed. The story seemed rushed, with so many thing happening in succession. And the usual banter & chemistry between Nick & Kate was definitely lacking. It was like it tried to incorporate too many destinations and activities and the scenes felt incomplete. Still a fan but hoping for something more thought out & developed next time.

always a fun adventure

I really like this series and I've listened to all of the books within it, and they are just fun and funny little adventures. Don't listen to the haters, buy it and enjoy it by the pool.
